Food that Loves you Back

After years following conflicting and confusing nutritional advice, I've found a way of eating that kept families healthy for a really long time. Key ingredients even include butter, red meat, eggs, whole milk, and cream. Soups made from homemade broths and vegetables from a farm. The real difference is in the quality of these key ingredients. For me, this has been the difference that matters.

At first, I learned how to read labels. Not exactly fun stuff and something an ENFP just isn't wired for. Next, I learned to cook. I call this true empowerment. Chopping, stirring, braising galore! And the best part is, no need to read and decipher a cryptic list of ingredients! Yipee! Start your own health-care program in your very own kitchen today. Learn how to regain and maintain your health...one bite at a time!
